    Since I've used Super Digestaway, I almost never reach for my bottle of Tums, which used to be an almost nightly tradition. If you're a little uncomfortable after a meal (like BBQ!), take one and give it an hour or so. In my case, the discomfort usually goes away. With BBQ, fajitas, tomato sauce, etc. I used to have to take a Tums after supper and again at bedtime to prevent reflux. I generally take Super Digestaway automatically with meals just to enjoy better digestion.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I don't have a gallbladder, so finding enzymes to help with digesting has been difficult. These were ok ! I took two before a meal, but there times I would still get bloated and nauseated. When that happen, I would to take another capsule. I will be going back to Souce Naturals Essential Enzymes they work alot better for me.

            I bought this to help with the discomfort I feel after any meal, even very small ones. I noticed a difference after the first pill - less bloating, no nausea, less indigestion. I think it may take some time to adjust to the body because I don't always feel it's effective.
