Doesn't work well
I used this several times for anxiety and even took more than the recommended dose and it still didn't work. It actually made me slightly more anxious. I do not recommend you spend your money on it. If you want passionflower that really does work for anxiety try the liquid passionflower by Nature's Answer, but make sure it's the one in the yellow bottle. it works amazingly

Peaceful night sleep!
My husband and I have not been sleeping well at all lately so I started reading on different natural things we could take to try and help. I have tried melatonin in the past but did not like the crazy dreams it gave me. So I started reading about passion flower. The first night we did not really notice a difference. The second night we both slept great and woke up feeling refreshed! While neither of us get the relaxed feeling before we fall asleep, we can def she a difference in the quality of sleep we are now getting!

actually works
I take one every 4 hours or so. It takes the edge off and and I don't spend the day with constant anxiety. My husband can tell when I haven't been taking it :) It's been a Godsend.

Best Answer:  I'd take Passion flower 45 minutes before going into a stressful environment. I.e. Work, class, performance. It helped me to calm down, and I was better able to focus.
