Disgusting taste. Not allowed to return it!!
Has a terrible taste sometimes. My recent purchase of this item tastes disgusting. They would NOT let me return it!!!!!!!! I wouldn't buy it if I were you. Some times it tates okay but I lost 25$ !!!!!!! It is sad that a good product often tastes disgusting and I can't return it! I am a good customer!!

Check/weigh the powder the scoop gives you
Easy to use and dissolves easily in all liquids so far. The scoop provided is nice but the scoop seems to hold about 4.5 grams when the dosage is supposed to be 6 grams. I measured several times scooping out the powder then leveling the top off with a knife. Then weighed just the powder. The highest powder only weight I could get was 4.5 grams and a looser powder scoop was 4.0. If you have a digital kitchen scale that offers a gram setting, you might check your scoops to be sure you are not shorting your dose. (I had checked my scale against known weights, so I don't think my scale is off.)

I started incorporating collagen into my morning routine several months ago with the hopes of improving my thinning hair. There was no type of test performed prior to its use but I do feel the volume has somewhat improved and there is considerably shedding.I will continue the use of this product.

Stronger nails and tasteless, just the way I like it!
I put a scoop of Collagen Peptides into my morning coffee every day. I have found that my nails are more solid and they don't break as easily as before. I also like it because it is flavorless. I don't even know that I have it in my coffee. I've tried other flavorless peptides but that always left a taste. Very pleased with Vitamin Shoppe.

I LOVE this stuff. I use the unflavored in my coffee sometimes. It blends easily and doesn't effect the taste of my coffee. AND collagen combined with daily fish oil and turmeric provide a noticeable difference in easing joint, muscle and body aches. I alternate the plain in my coffee with the pineapple flavored collagen when I'm wanting to add more H2O to my day. The pineapple flavor is great with about 2-4oz of water in a shaker cup (people complain it doesn't mix well in room temp/cold water but the shaker cup works great for me).

  I have added mine to protein drinks with almond milk, with my green tea so just hot water and with my daily multi vitamin which is a powder I mix with cold water. This is tasetless so it really can mix well with anything.
