Directions

Excellent ingredients. Can't tell if the product is really effective but the composition is great. I really hope it works to protect the liver. I have been using this product for many years and believe that it is effective because my blood work of the liver is very good.

I've been a Life Extension customer for years, and I feel their Anti-Alcohol Complex is a wonderful liver-support formula! This isn't anything gimmicky - it's a well-designed blend for supporting the liver and replenishing nutrients alcohol depletes. That's what makes it so valuable to me.

What stands out is the ingredient list. It combines thiamine (vitamin B1), which alcohol uses up quickly, with N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) to boost glutathione - the body's most important detox molecule. Wine a little
This product is very effective - just take one capsule per glass of wine. It either elevates or lessens after effects of alcohol. They are expensive so wish they would come in larger amounts to lessen cost.

This worked so well for preventing a hangover for both me and my sister! The blend it has is great for helping the alcohol metabolize. Neither of us had a migraine the next day or any of the hangover symptoms. The ONLY downside.... it gave us both some digestive irritation, but over all a great product

These huge bottles contain very little amounts. You can fit 4 bottles into one. Huge waste of plastic.

Wine preservatives and me don't get along!
I have always reacted to certain preservatives in red wine and it took a long time to find a wine that my system is compatible with. But when I eat out or attend social functions, i don't have that option of selecting a particular vintage that I'm compatible with. These pills are fantastic and absolutely work for me. I no longer experience the after affect from red wines.
