I have been taking a quantity of two Super Bio Vitamin C, morning and night, for many years. The capsules are easy to digest with no after taste and I have not been sick even with a cold for several years. My lack of sickness may not be only because I take Vitamin C, but I think it certainly has helped to keep me healthy.

I felt lethargic and maybe coming down with something so I popped a couple of these at the first sign and, bingo, next day 100%. Also I incorporated the Solaray Zinc which I firmly believe helps also.
