Good product
So far so good. I can feel a difference in my knees during physical activity after about 2 weeks of use. Way better in hot drinks rather cold. Tends to clump in cold drinks and you can taste it. Hot tea or coffee is the way to go. Would buy again.

Started taking this along with the capsules for the protein a joint health. I thought I would have more energy and possibly lose some weight but neither happened. I do like how it easily dissolves with no taste.

does not dissolve easily
I suppose it works, but it doesn't dissolve easily. I put it in my tea in the morning. It just sits on the surface of the beverage. I have to take the back of the spoon and mash the lumps of powder into a paste against the side of the cup. Eventually, most will dissolve, but some sticks to the back of the spoon like cement. Collagen foam sticks to the side of the cup and requires scrubbing before I put the cup in the dishwasher. I really don't know how much of the product is being wasted. Maybe it would be okay if blended into a smoothie or something, but I won't be purchasing it again.

I really love this collagen, but the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't mix well with room temperature or cold beverages, only hot. I even tried mixing it in an espresso shot I made, but it wasn't hot enough. Other than that, it's a great product.
