Very good and effective, only issue is that it gave me rashes on my lower legs. Maybe I will need to use a lower dosage until my body gets used to it.

Says 1 tablet is 400mg.. Directions say take 2.  That'd be 800mg per day.. aren't most suggestions saying to only take 400mg/day?
