About This Product

Spectro Multi-Vita-min supplement is the Solaray brand's most popular full-spectrum multi-vitamin mineral supplement. Spectro supplement offers premium antioxidant protection from free radical damage through ingredients such as Natural Beta Carotene, Natural Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Selenium. Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one to six capsules daily with meals or a glass of water.
