I didn't notice that my hair grew thicker, but I noticed it stopped falling out when I brushed or showered.

    Have been taking liquid Biosil for 3 years and am happy that my hair and nails have grown considerably faster. However, in reading health newsletters, Biotin was recommended for hair, so gave it 5 stars and am taking it now as well because I am interested new growth for thicker hair. It is too soon to tell on Biotin results, but will review on my reorder.
