Directions

This is the only fish oil supplement I've tried that doesn't upset my stomach. Although it has kind of a funky taste when mixed with water, dissolving it in fruit juice takes care of the problem.

Omega-3 Effervescent is a convenient way to consume 500mg of EPA-DHA (240/260mg). The creamy orange flavor tastes like OJ with a little bit of fizz... no after taste what-so-ever. I just mixed the packet with cold water and goes down smooth. Packet contains Vitamins A & D also; it'd be cool if they can pack more multivitamins.
