Directions

Mix 1/2 scoop in 6-8 fl oz water 20-30 minutes before your workout. Once tolerance has been assessed, you may use one full serving (1 scoop) mixed in 12-16 fl oz of water. A slight tingling sensation is normal and is due to the beta alanine. Be sure to stay hydrated and have a great workout!

Works Even When You're Not Working Out

I'm studying to take the Bar Exam at the end of July and have been struggling to stay awake during booooring but important lecture videos. I usually drink an Alani in the morning but the 200mg of caffeine wasn't doing it for me, so I looked at what other things I could purchase. I am SO glad I got the pre-workout even though I'm not actually working out! The caffeine boost was exactly what I needed, it keeps me focused, I'm not snacking while I study, and there's NO crash! I am obsessed and will continue to purchase throughout the summer!

Solid product

I love it! Tastes good, first time using pre workout & I'm happy. Delivered pretty quick, no issues with shipping.

Love it! Will rebuy!

I've never tried any pre workout, so this was a first for me! I love the flavor. Not too much, not too little. I mix it into a full bottle of water and drink it 30 mins before workout, then follow with 5 full bottles of regular water during and after. I have noticed a significant difference in my energy level. I'll definitely be purchasing again!
