Great product when mixed with the right liquids

While this product is good mixed with the proper liquid, it is not made clear on the packaging. In fact, the packaging makes it seem as if you can casually add the 3 tablespoons to any drink you enjoy. Well, I enjoy iced coffee, and when trying to casually add this to mine, it was just shy of a disaster. The powder did not break down, became goopy, and I ended up having to toss my coffee. With a hot cup of coffee, there was no issue getting the powder to dissolve. I will say in opposite regards…

Good Active complex

I'm really impressed with this Active complex. It dissolves perfectly in my morning coffee with no aftertaste. After a few weeks, my joints feel much better during workouts and recovery is faster.

This was a nice addition to my daily routine, but I wasn't super impressed by it. I will say, it helped with my joint movement. I deal with a lot of locking and clicking, and it did noticeably improve those issues. I suggest using this throughout the day, because 3 tablespoons of this in one setting, can definitely alter whatever you're taking it with. Specifically texture wise. It kind of left a grit behind, but it wasn't super bad, but some people will definitely not like that. Overall, it's a great add in to your health routine, but it has me wanting to try others.

This was such a great addition to my high protein meals and support to my strength training and walking. I noticed a difference in my joints and body when I didn't use it in my protein shakes. Or add to my tea. I would use about 3 tablespoons per serving and there was a slight scent but nothing that you'll notice. As it was mixed, it had a gelatin like texture.

The content seems to last a while, which makes it feel like good value. It mixes smoothly and absorbs easily without leaving me feeling heavy or uncomfortable. There's also no strong scent, which I really appreciate since it doesn't affect the taste of my drinks. Overall, it's been easy to stick with and fits naturally into my daily routine.
