Directions

Mix 2 rounded scoops of Animal Primal Pre-Workout in 10-12 oz of your beverage of choice 30 min before the workout. Due to the extreme potency of Animal Primal Pre-Workout, it would be advised to start with 1 rounded scoop and work up to 2 rounded scoops. Do not consume more than one serving within a 24-hour period or within 6-8 hours of bedtime. This product is formulated with ingredients that absorb moisture which can lead to clumping of the powder. This is normal and the product is okay to consume.

Best Pre-Workout I've Ever Had!
I used pre-workouts in the past when I was getting into working out. A lot of them were way too much?the on edge feeling that was way too much. So I didn't do any of it for a long time. A friend of mine suggested Primal. I figure I would need it in my sluggish days after work, but I wanted to put it into my supplement rotations.

This is outright amazing. Firstly, the new flavors are spot on. Most supplants either have way too much flavoring or not enough and Primal's flavors are balanced. Candy Crush'd is my favorite flavor, but I also snagged Dragon Berry for a bit of variety. Second, I get the energy kick I need in the gym and my workout/pumps feel amazing. I've noticed an increase in my performance lately by adding this.
