I have been taking Animal Pak for the last few months and I cannot began to tell anyone how well I feel. Thanks to taking Animal Pak my blood work results that were high, have gone down to normal range (obviously not just because of AP). I recommend this product to everyone I know who is a gym-goer or for anyone who just needs the right multi-vitamin.

Animal Pak is my insurance policy. When you train hard, sweat daily, and stay active, you burn through nutrients fast. This covers the gaps without me having to overthink it. Energy feels more stable, workouts feel sharper, and I don't feel run down even with high volume training. Great pre lift meal pak of 2
I use it to give me a complete amino and vitamin profile of 2 packs with a pre-workout meal of protein and carbs so I dont injure
myself for lifting, I do this mainly because I deplete my body by water fasting up to 10 hours at a time to help reducemy bad weight, and dont think it is safe to lift in those conditions, but am able to lift with progressive overload once I fuel my body properly, which these packs help with.
