      As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops of Gorilla Mode Nitric in 14-16 ounces of water and consume 30 minutes prior to training. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor level.       A bit more of a premium price than Ghost Pump, but there are more flavor options here and this includes creatine which is a plus. I thought it mixed in well enough, but the White Gummy flavor did have a bit of a powdery feel to it still when drinking.

      I am happy I finally tried this pre workout. It is now my absolute favorite non stim product. Awesome taste without the gritty or powdery aftertaste, no jitters or late nights being awake, and the perfect pump.
      Have also purchased black cherry vanilla energy drink and vanilla ice cream protein. All are amazing!!!

      I seem to be getting the energy i need but I have to say the claim that you're getting 5g of creatine per scoop is hard to believe. I started adding half a scoop of creatine and it seems that im getting the right dosage now. Unless they can prove the claim I just didn't feel i was getting 5g of creatine. Other than that the pre workout does what it's supposed to do and it keeps me going. I do recommend this product

      Love the product. I work out after work at night so I need a product that can still give me motivation and energy without any stimulants that will keep me up at night.
