Solgar No 7 Joint Support is effective at keeping my joints supple and pain free, I use it along with balancing omega 3,6,9 within my diet. One pill per day that is easy to swallow is very convenient. It is a high quality supplement.

Only Way I Can Keep Moving

I will agree hat this product is unbelievable and keep thinking it must be something else. This is only thing I have changed and cannot believe the difference. Plan to buy a bigger bottle

I am a repeat purchaser of this product.
I am in good physical condition but was in a major accident a few years ago. During my recovery I began taking glucosamine chondroitin which helped a bit but not enough. Solgar 7 was recommended and boy am I glad that I splurged on the product. I felt a significant difference after about 3 weeks. My joints, especially my legs, feel less inflamed after running & a work out. I highly recommend it. (Talk to your doctor if you take numerous medications but you shouldn't have a problem)

felt a difference in just 5 days.
Trust me when I say, I have tried them all... glucosamine no affect, Anatabloc outrageously expensive and did nothing, fish oil, noting.

I saw this product in a magazine and honestly, thought it would be nothing more than a waste of money. I have spent a small fortune looking for something that works. Walking up stairs was getting to a point of unbearable pain.

Best Answer:  I suffer from GERD which I take 40mg protonix daily. I take solgar 7 every morning for knee joint pain. I had my right knee replaced Dec 2013. I continue to take s7 for the left knee. I have found that if I miss the s7 due to running out that the kneejoint pain flares up. Solgar 7 works for me have taken since introduced to vitamin Shoppe. My brother who works at a VS in Michigan told me about it. It is the only thing I take for old joint pain. Good luck.
