Dizzy after taking ACV
I was really excited about taking these. I have taken them twice now. I get very dizzy when I do. I looked it up & it said mostly this happens to women in their 60 + yrs. old. It was on ehealthme.

Works naturally
I take this twice daily, after lunch and after dinner. Another way to boost my metabolism. No bad taste or after taste, no upset tummy, as long as it's taken after eating. If you look into what boosts metabolism naturally this one's on the list.

  Not sure, might ask your doctor. I just know that I used to take a drink of apple cider vinegar and honey, but didn't care for the taste over time. I feel taking the tablets helps my digestion, and they are easier to take.

can you take ACV tablets along with digestive enzymes that contain Betaine hcl?

Best Answer:  I have never done that. I take the ACV tablets with probiotics only. I don't take the Betaine hcl.

What are the size of these pills? Are they tablets, capsules, or easy to swallow softgels? I prefer softgels because I have trouble swallowing things due to a thyroid issue, would appreciate any feedback, thanks.
