Good for those with limited alcohol tolerance
I feel so much better after taking this if I've consumed food and drinks that are not part of my restrictive diet. This is usually following a night out and holidays.. I do not tolerate gluten, seed oils, unrecognizable ingredients, msg and alcohol well at all. This product helps regulate my gut and help me feel my best almost immediately.

I'm so grateful for this binder
I'm just started taking it, but I have already noticed a HUGE difference in my brain fog that I can only attribute to this. I was struggling for years thanks to a virus we all know and this helped immensely. My naturopath urged me to take a prescription binder but I wanted to try something more natural and I'm so happy I found this. Only side affect for me was stomach cramping but when I reduced the dose, those problems subsided.
