It's good. I only use when needed & it works.
Best general enzymes for heavy meals or food with weird additives or lactose . Sometimes helps with bloating and heartburn.

It started working on day 1
I carry these with me because the belly pressure and bloating without them is getting unbearable. They have really helped tremendously already, and I'm only on day 2.When I first opened the bottle, I was not knocked out by an overwhelming smell; I didn't notice a smell at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the slight peppermint taste, but they aren't in my mouth long enough to really make it or break it for me. I seriously don't know what the fuss over the smell is about. They're pills. Not all pills smell or taste good. These aren't bad.

Severe constipation
This product caused severe constipation in my ascending colon. No matter how I took it or reduced taking it, it still caused constipation. I do not recommend!

HORRIBLE!!
This is the most HORRIBLE tasting enzyme that I had to spit it out of my mouth!! It was beyond God Awful!! There was no peppermint flavor at all. Don't know how anyone can stand these?

Using these for over 6 years
Works very well I have been using these for over 6years. Another thing if you had a gallbladder removal you shouldn't won't to just eat anything and wonder why it's not working. Also it's best to eat right so it will be a better digestion process.

Works great for faster Digestion
I have tried several supplements over the years from really expensive, $80 - to this less expensive brand $10.99 for 100tabs. Lately I find these are working me because I have fixed my digestion with real food and eating right. My issues were bloating and food taking long to digest in my system. These help with breaking down food for better digestion. FYI - It also has a nice peppermint after taste, which I personally like. Also, NOTE: these are to be taken AFTER your meal. Lots of others are typically taken before or during your meal. Source Naturals are also a good choice.

Best Answer:  I'm a senior and sometimes when I'm taken out to dinner, I get served richly prepared food. I wind up not eating all of it, but when I get home I do take a multi-enzyme so I can get it all, or most of it digested before I go to bed. I cannot fall asleep on a full stomach. Sometimes even at home if I've had a long day and want seconds, I'll take a multi-enzyme. So that tells you that I don't take one every day. But occasionally, I do. The Vitamin Shoppe multi-enzyme is the best one for me after trying several others. It isn't hard on my stomach and does the job intended.
