I have been using This brand of Multi-Enzyme Digestive Formula for 9 years. After having myPancreas removed.- Pancreatectomy. It has the Enzymes my body need to function correctly. Checking each time the formula remains the same. Recommend it and thankful it remains available. I Count on my order being fill and delivered correctly. This is the best product for digestive issues

I started taking this a couple of years after I had my gallbladder removed. The Naturopathic Doctor had suggested that I take a product that had lipase to help with the break down of fried foods and other foods.It took me a while to really appreciate this product and it is now part of my daily regimen. I have found this multi enzyme supplement to be very helpful in the most unexpected ways, like when I ate something that quite agree with my body.

It started working on day 1

I carry these with me because the belly pressure and bloating without them is getting unbearable. They have really helped tremendously already, and I'm only on day 2.When I first opened the bottle, I was not knocked out by an overwhelming smell; I didn't notice a smell at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the slight peppermint taste, but they aren't in my mouth long enough to really make it or break it for me. I seriously don't know what the fuss over the smell is about. They're pills. Not all pills smell or taste good. These aren't bad.

Watch out if you are Celiac patient.

Be careful Here! It says Gluten Free but when I took this product had multiple diarrhea episodes. Thought maybe it was bad food and tried again with same results. Then I read with magnifier , on bottle it lists Wheat under contents. I live 44.5 miles from nearest store and I was told I was outside the 30 day return policy. We have just had2 hurricanes in last month, you would think some help would be forthcoming.

HORRIBLE!!

This is the most HORRIBLE tasting enzyme that I had to spit it out of my mouth!! It was beyond God Awful!! There was no peppermint flavor at all. Don't know how anyone can stand these?

I'm a senior and sometimes when I'm taken out to dinner, I get served richly prepared food. I wind up not eating all of it, but when I get home I do take a multi-enzyme so I can get it all, or most of it digested before I go to bed. I cannot fall asleep on a full stomach. Sometimes even at home if I've had a long day and want seconds, I'll take a multi-enzyme. So that tells you that I don't take one every day. But occasionally, I do. The Vitamin Shoppe multi-enzyme is the best one for me after trying several others. It isn't hard on my stomach and does the job intended.

There are specific enzymes for your gerd issues, these ones have "ox bile" which may upset your stomach.

Not sure about gallbladder issues. Sorry. It helps with digesting food. We loose enzymes as we age & have a harder time digesting things, I take it in case I'm exposed to gluten or wheat.

I tried chewing one and it was so unpalatable I'll never try again. It has a somewhat slick surface, which makes it easy to swallow. I believe the enzymes are to do their work in the stomach rather than in the mouth, so it wouldn't be important to chew them.
