Best Answer:  Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics are not the same, although they both benefit digestive processes in different ways. Enzymes supplement the natural enzymes your body manufactures to break down fats, proteins and carbs. Probiotics introduce beneficial bacteria and yeast to your gut which will help control harmful bacteria and yeast and aid in digestion. I use both. (I am not a doctor but I read and study a lot).
