Why does everyone think stevia (which is in the ragweed family) should be put in everything? Stevia has side effects. Please stop putting stevia in everything.

Best Answer:  I have no idea what stevia is. I use this Electrolyte Fizz to reduce and eliminate body cramping as I am almost 66 years old, work out 5 times a week, run a little twice a week, and do Karate twice a week with either a two or three hour workout. I also drink about twice a week which seems to give me even more cramps but is greatly helped by the Electrolytes.

Best Answer:  It should tell you on the product details. I looked it up and it has 150mg of sodium per packet. Also has chromium, manganese, and chloride.

Best Answer:  Just so I answered your question correctly, I went and took one now. It is a yellowy-green as the name implies. I am almost 67 and my body cramps a lot since I lift weights and do karate. Some days I do not need any, other days one, two or even three. They usually get rid of the cramps within seconds. The note says I ordered these in 2012? I ordered these many times usually 5 or 10 boxes at a time. I thank my lucky stars that my brother told me about this product.
