Absolutely LOVE this stuff. It really hydrates me well especially on a hot day. One thing i absolutely love it for is for replenishing my vitamins lost if i am having a bout of diarrhea. This works fast and makes you feel healthy again. The blue raspberry is on point as are the other flavors it's made in (Lemon Lime, Fruit Punch). I personally love the Blue Raspberry one the most.
It has led me to try the Fuel made by RAW which is similar but more of a carb/sugar intake instead of vitamins. On a hot day, i prefer Raw hydration due to sweating out the vitamins. This is the tastiest hydration I've found that isn't loaded with sodium like others. You're not going to get a salty or super vitaminy taste with this one. This isn't drip drop, this is RAW!
