Perfect Size
I try to take at least 1000 mg daily. These 500 mg capsules are easy to swallow vs a 1000 horse tablet I was taking. And if I need to take more, I just double up.

Vitamins were very old, and in bad shape
Bought the bottle of Vitamin C in October, opened it in November. Several capsules were broken down, with capsule shells broken and ingredients looking like they had separated. Expected more from Vitamin Shoppe with the quality of their products.
