Stir two (2) rounded teaspoons in three (3) ounces of hot water until dissolved. Then add warm or cold water as desired. This will allow magnesium carbonate and citric acid to quickly react to form magnesium citrate, a highly absorbable form of magnesium.

Calm Zone Magnesium changed formula?
I've been buying this product for 10 years and LOVED it But....it appears they changed the formula and now it does not dissolve and tastes terrible! UGH so disappointed!!

I can only give it two stars, based on the taste, comparing it to Calm. The value of vitamin shops version is cheaper but the flavors just very tart/tangy.

Awful taste now
I have no choice but to buy this even though I do not like the taste at all. It was much better with sugar then stevia, yukkkk. I just dont mix alot of water and gag it down. Could not find another brand but now that its double price I am forced to look elsewhere. I thought 26 was a crazy price now $32. Used to be $17 I think , Ya ya ya inflation I know.

Please go back to the old formula
I loved the old formula. Now they changed it it looks milky and tastes like they added something chalky to it. It's disgusting!

I use your "Calm Zone Magnesium mixed with L-glycine in a drink about one hour before bed time. For years I have had trouble staying asleep! This combo typically gives me six to eight hours of sleep.

My Favorite Magnesium Powder
I love this stuff! I've tried many magnesium powders. Hands down: this stuff is the best! My boyfriend and I love taking it at bed time. Truly great and it tastes so good!

Best Answer:  It is magnesium citrate. If u take too much you will develope runny stool. If taking for magnesium supplement its better to take magnesium with calcium added. Citrate is ok it just runs through the body much faster.
