Directions

Stir two (2) rounded teaspoons in three (3) ounces of hot water until dissolved. Then add warm or cold water as desired. This will allow magnesium carbonate and citric acid to quickly react to form magnesium citrate, a highly absorbable form of magnesium.

What kind of magnesium is it?

Best Answer:  It is magnesium citrate. If u take too much you will develope runny stool. If taking for magnesium supplement its better to take magnesium with calcium added. Citrate is ok it just runs through the body much faster.

Best Answer:  I take it at night about 30-60 minutes before going to bed, followed by at least 30 minutes of relaxing with my feet up. This has, for the most part, eliminated my restless leg.

Best Answer:  Calm Zone from the VS is a great product and I can't see any difference from Natural Calm. It is more economical especially when VS has it's sales.
