Refreshing
I use the Celsius stick each time I cycle and it is refreshing and has a good taste. It also helps to keep me hydrated and provides me with the energy to complete my ride.

Great On-The-Go Energy Boost
I got these to use as pre-workout. There's enough caffeine to keep me going and pumped up. The orange flavor is my favorite by far. They're also super convenient for when you're on the go. Highly recommend.

Curbed appetite
I normally drink 2 cups of tea each day and wanted to stop because it was staining my teeth. I didn't notice any difference in my energy level at all after drinking one packet, however it severely curbed my appetite, which I didn't expect. I only bought 3 packets but will purchase a box now that I know I can tolerate it and the taste isn't bad.

Good
Dragonfruit lime and cranberry lemon are my least 2 favorite flavors. It would be great if Vitamin Shoppe would have the other flavors in stock. I do think the product is great. Love the convenience of the packets and the better value. They mix well, good taste and provide a nice boost of energy.

Can I mix it with hot water as a substitute for coffee in the mornings?
Lymari

I have never drank it hot so I do not know if it will mix well. I have drank it in the morning prior to working out instead of coffee.

Wendy S

You can use it as a substitute for coffee. I prefer it with room temperature water to cold temperature water for best flavor.

Janet A

I’m sure that you could, and it would probably dissolve better...I’m just not sure how the flavors would taste warm.

Danielle H

I have never done that and I’m not sure how it would taste but it mixes well in cold water

Are any of the packet flavors tart rather than sweet? I like tart. Unfortunately, artificial lemon and lime flavors are usually sweet.
Rachel R

Cranberry Lemon and Dragonfruit lime I think has tartness to it
