    I neve write reviews but this stuff works
    This worked for me but yet again I'm a light user and refrained for 10 days if your a heavy user I recommend the 32 ounce but for light user the 16oz is fine I'm 5/7 146 lbs I dunno if that's makes a difference follow the instructions go 3 to 4 hrs after you drink it

    Wow - it's truly a miracle cleanser
    This is my absolute favorite product! It's taste is bright and tart, beautiful fruits & berries - and it gets the job done to do a full body cleanse on short notice and my easiest convenience. Please, please, please never discontinue this product!!

I also suggest supplementing this with B vitamins to enhance the efficacy of this cleanse.
