I love these prenatal vitamins!!
I love how long this bottle lasts me. I have felt great during my entire pregnancy, and even before I got pregnant, and I think these vitamins have helped!! After having done a bunch of research, I felt these were the right choice for me!

Best Answer:  Your choice, however I prefer spreading it out to keep a steady stream of vitamins circulating. Taking all three at once gave me some nausea, and sometimes I'd take two at once and the third at night to keep it more convenient. It's better to take it with food.

Best Answer:  No it doesn't, but garden of life has a prenatal DHA that I take seperatly. N I wud also recommend taking calcium also since the multi only has 2%.

My bottle from WholeFoods says 27mg of Iron. But the picture here shows 18mg of Iron? Could anyone please confirm this?
