New owners, crappy change to the formula.

They changed the formula when they were bought out. They taste disgusting now. And the texture is slimy. zero out of ten for a brand and product that I used every day for over 5 years. I gave two stars because they used to be high quality.

Time will tell, but off to a good start

The taste and consistency of these gummy vitamins is much higher than others I have tried in the past. One negative that I have is having to take four a day - I would rather only have to take one or two. I have only been taking them for about two weeks, so I cannot yet attest to their efficacy, which is another reason I am only giving this product four stars instead of five (for now). I will have a better idea on this in a few months.

The gummies are good I like them. However, the packaging is horrible. When you open the cap the seal Is broken. I notified the seller and they replaced it but tge second one once opened the seal was broken also. . Most likely it broke when taking off the cap but you can't take that chance. There needs to be an outside plastic seal on bottle so there is no question the vitamins were tampered with. I am out gummies and money.

I've had hives for 4 months now and thought it was everything other than the Vitamins I've been taking!! I'm so angry now. Within 48 hours of stopping the vitamins the hives are gone!!

Yes. You're meant to space out the servings. I take one with my morning meal, and the second with my evening meal. Unless you meant is it OK to take only one serving per day? In that case, I'd say one is better than none, but you won't get the full percentage of benefits, as listed on the label, unless you take two a day.

I am currently carefully counting carbs. Since this vitamin is made of whole foods how can I find out the carb content? I do not see it listed on the label. Thank you.

I have had good lifelong success and witnesses many diets around me and experts that change their minds. So here is my input. Always, keeping in mind we are all very different. I would not be concerned with carbs and this product. That would be a way too small amount to even think about in this form. This is an extremely pure and wholesome combination of ingredients. The fact that it has a food base is good, especially if you are dieting or burning up calories. You will have less stomach upset with a food base but you need to keep the balance for sure. Remember, you need some carbs. You need them to create your fuel to burn what you are not wishing to keep and keep your body healthy. The more fuel the more fit the engine. If you eat a balanced diet, no extremes, exercise, again no extremes, you will be fine. Avoid the diet foods and preps they do contain ingredients that cause you to hold or put on weight for several reasons. Hope that helps. Give it a try it is impressive.

Unless your counting carbs for a health reason by your doctor I would not worry about the amount of carbs in a vitamin. The insignificant number of carbs in a vitamin will not have any effect on your carb intake.

Best Answer: The label does not list titanium dioxide or any version of that ingredient such as "titania" or "pigment white". Garden of Life is a high quality line of certified organic whole food products. My only issue with this product is that this pill is rather large.
