Will feel a different within a week!
I normally take this everyday, but have honestly been without these for a few months and I could tell the difference of my feeling overly tired. Long story short these work better than any vitamin! I've been purchasing for years!

Good for thyroid patients
I cannot have iodine due to a thyroid problem. This in one of the only multivitamins that does not contain iodine. I'm so glad I found this brand!

High B6 content
After using this product daily for a few weeks I started to experience neurological symptoms of B6 toxicity. I checked the nutrition panel and this vitamin has 500%DV. I discontinued and will be searching for something that is not as high in B6.

Love the quality . MyKind does it again!
These are my favorite vitamins! I love the ingredients. They don’t make me nauseous and they are just full of goodness . They are a bit pricier than the MyKind that you have to take 3 times a day , which i could never keep up with , so these are worth the price for its quality and convenience. I feel like these also help with maintaining a fast metabolism.

Caused Allergic Reaction (Hives, Tongues Swelling)
I was taking this product since 2017 but was taking it on and off not consistent. I liked it! But Recently, I started taking it again and notice a rash and hives forming on my leg and arms and my tongue swollen up putting me into anaphylactic shock. Had to go to the ER and was issued benedryl and an epitome in case it happened again. Realized that I developed an allergic reaction to them because after I removed it from my daily routine I never had a reaction again. I typically am not allergic to anything but these triggered a reaction. Don’t get me wrong these are good vitamins but something in the ingredients didn’t work with my system.

Best Answer:  The great aspect of these vitamins is you don’t have to take this whole food multi with food. With that said, I usually take mine with my morning yogurt and tea/coffee. They have never upset my stomach.

Best Answer:  Yes. You likely still need to.. American foods are very nutrient deficient due to soil nutrient depletion from non sustainable farming. Unless you keep very careful track of your food nutrients intake and make sure that you meet your body requirements, I highly recommend a whole food derived multivitamin. Not synthetic. Synthetic vitamins only give you a fractional component of the vitamin your body needs. Your body needs the whole vitamin.
