Best Answer:  No, it has the natural form of vitamin B9 - folate. This is an organic, whole food vitamin. Everything is naturally occurring and there is no synthetic components.

Best Answer:  The great aspect of these vitamins is you don’t have to take this whole food multi with food. With that said, I usually take mine with my morning yogurt and tea/coffee. They have never upset my stomach.

Best Answer:  Yes. You likely still need to.. American foods are very nutrient deficient due to soil nutrient depletion from non sustainable farming. Unless you keep very careful track of your food nutrients intake and make sure that you meet your body requirements, I highly recommend a whole food derived multivitamin. Not synthetic. Synthetic vitamins only give you a fractional component of the vitamin your body needs. Your body needs the whole vitamin.
