Ghost energy review
We love Ghost energy in our household. We always have a variety of flavors so that we can take a cold one to the gym. This is one of our favorite flavors! Great taste, perfect amount of carbonation. Good energy.

Taste exactly like a liquidize Sour Patch Kid!
Every time I drink this, it always amazes me how much it taste exactly like the candy! Definitely has the sweetness and tartaness of a Sour Patch Kid. This and the Swedish Fish flavor are my absolute favorites.

can an 11 year old drink this?
I would strongly discourage that!! They do not even have a fully developed / adult endocrine or circulatory system etc. There is WAYYY too much caffeine in one of these for an 11 year old. My boy will not be allowed to drink these until he is 18.
I would be cautious of the caffeine content.

Whats better this or redberry?
