Honestly I was looking to have some money, I had transparent labs black pre and it was good, so I got ads with products and I was looking for something to hydrate cheaper then LMNT and Liquid IV. I saw a ad and decided to try cause the pre is good. I really enjoy drinking during the workout, I mix it with 22OZ of water the flavor is kinda strong in 16 OZ or 12. I got grape ?? and love it. Cold water and ur set. Also it doesn't taste like a spoon of salt.

Grape Flavor Hydrate IS PHENOMENAL!!!
I used to drink the Gatorade for hydration, however when I came across this Transparent Labs hydrate brand, I decided to try their Grape flavored Hydrate. This is by far the best hydration supplement that really works, and I can honestly say during the heatwave we currently are having hydrate truly works. I do not feel tired one bit after working or training.

Overall a good hydrating product though the newer product contains iron
I like everything this Hydrate Electrolyte Formula contains and how it makes me feel. What I don't like is that the newer version contains iron, great for the ladies but not so much for the guys.

I love the flavor of the lemon/lime and raspberry lemonade. Perfect replacements for coffee in the AM during the summer months. The flavor is quite strong with 1 scoop so I add it to a 2L jug of water. Tastes great.
