About This Product

3-in-1 Joint Formula is a targeted formula that incorporates the latest clinical research with additional joint supporting nutrients. Clinical studies have shown that the combination of glucosamine 1500 mg per day and Chondroitin 1200 mg per day can promote joint mobility. The nutrients in this formula support healthy joints in three distinct ways:

  • Rebuild: The well-known ingredients of Glucosmine and chondroitin are included in this formula at efficacious levels to help rebuild cartilage. These ingredients, along with vitamins and botanicals, promote healthy tissue, helping to maintain joint structure and mobility.
  • Lubricate: Glucosamine strengths joint cartilage and Chondroitin is an important structural component of cartilage supplying joint lubrication for the cushioning effect. These two nutrients work together with MSM, an organic form of sulfur, to promote flexibility.
  • Soothes: Boswellia serrata is a traditional Indian herb also known as Indian frankincense. Boswellic acids in this plant have been researched to inhibit production of leukotrienes which may lead to discomfort. Omega-3 oil works with other ingredients in this formula to lubricate tissues.

3 in 1 Joint Formula
I have been using this product for about 3 week; I do not think I have been taking it long enough to see the result.Mainly I purchased it to help with some pain and discomfort I experience with my knees. I t took this product in the past and I did like it; but decided to try something different. None of glucosamine supplements work for me this is why I decided to go back to this product. I have high hopes for it and I know it will work it just take for about a month to see the results. I am planning to reorder.

GOOD PRODUCT
This product helps by decreasing pain in the joints of my knee. Allows me to at least walk up and down stairs! Great product, you have to keep using it in order to receive benefit of product.

Can't walk or live without it!
If I miss taking this product for a few days, my joints start aching. I have to double up for a few days to 'catch up' until I feel better. If I am more active than usual, like during busy summer months, I have to take more. I like that it is one capsule, instead of having to take 3 different pills for each ingredient.

Great Formula
This formula has a great blend of nutrients for good joint health. I have heard Glucosamine Sulfate is better absorbed than Glucosamine HCl, so i was happy to find this product at a good price. It also didn't upset my stomach at all which was nice.

I am considering taking 3-in-1 joint formula for my aching hips & legs. I am over 60, have been taking Omega 3 &Magnesium citrate for many years. Recently my doc suggested I take folic acid, which I have added to my vitamin ritual every morning. My question is does 3-in-1 have enough of the these in a daily serving to replace having to take so many vitamins per day?

Best Answer:  Irwin's 3-in-1 Joint Formula is a wonderful joint supplement, and has been very effective for me over the past several years. It has many beneficial ingredients besides the omega 3's. The glucosamine component is the sulfate form which is the original form and the most effective, as compared to glucosamine hydrochloride. It contains 7 mg manganese (200% daily req), but does not contain magnesium, according to the label. I get that in my multiple vitamin and in my calcium tablets. I take other supplements and to reduce the number of pills I take, I take half in the morning and half in the evening. The nutrition and exercise program I have been on has completely reversed the osteoarthritis which set in 20 years ago. I would still recommend this product, and get your magnesium from another source. Best wishes.
