I have probably been taking it for a minimum of a year, possibly longer. I work as a computer programmer and systems analyst as well as coming from a family background where some members have developed Alzheimers. Cannot say definitively that Citicoline is providing benefits in my profession or protecting my brain otherwise, but it certainly does not seem to have done any harm.
