Spirulina is a good start to the day!
I've used this Spirulina for several years now to put in my morning smoothie along with other nutritional items and also detox substances. Spirulina is a very good ingredient and I plan to keep using it indefinitely.

A MUST HAVE! The BEST!
The best spirulina! I mix a spoonful of this, plus wheatgrass juice powder, a scoop of Green Vibrance powder, Golden Milk powder, ground chia & flax, VS liquid stevia, Trace Minerals? ionic: magnesium, zinc, potassium, into some filtered water and then add Califia toasted almond/coconut milk and MCT oil. A great way to get a lot of nutrients, help your skin look way better and keep your blood sugar level and not be hungry until evening. Great for keto diets or general overall health benefits. See Dr Eric Berg?s great videos on YouTube regarding intermittent fasting and healthy keto diets for health, nutrition and organ functional relationships.

Love Love my new Morning Latte!!

8oz of Almond Milk and 4oz of Water (Warm) + 1 tsp Moringa + 1/2 tsp Chlorella + 1/2 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina + 1 Date + Blend in Small Cup NutriBullet = Morning Latte!!!

This helps to suppress my appetite wile doing the OMAD diet. One meal a day is lunch and for dinner I might have a protein shake with no fruit.

My skin is glowing, perhaps it's that melanin :-)
