Easy to use but have to work up to full serving
It's very strong in liquid form. I'm only using it one drop at a time to get use to it. I use to get a different brand in capsules so I'm still adjusting to using it this way. One drop in food has very strong flavor. I know from past experience using oil of oregano during the pandemic that it has good health benefits.

Oregano oil is unpleasant. It's very strong and potent. I feel that the Plnt's brand is very pure and I like that the brand tends to be organic.

Are you supposed to stop taking this after seven weeks or can you take it daily?

Best Answer:  I've been taking it consistently for a long time now. I don't think you have to stop for any particular reason unless it's causing other issues. There's nothing on the label that says you're supposed to stop taking it for a while.

Best Answer:  Vitamin Shoppe brand products are not USP certified. The USP (US Pharmacopeia) is a non–governmental, public standards-setting authority for quality, purity, strength, and consistency. At The Vitamin Shoppe, all dietary supplements are manufactured under the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations. All dietary ingredients used in the production of The Vitamin Shoppe brand supplements are tested for identity, purity, strength, composition, and contaminants. We do however use USP methodologies for microbiology, weights, and disintegration. All Vitamin Shoppe brand products are formulated and manufactured under GMP guidelines. All manufacturing facilities perform quality control checks throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure a quality product is produced. Finished products are third-party tested using validated analytical test methods. Products are also tested for microbiology, heavy metals, average weight, and disintegration. The Vitamin Shoppe does not carry the USP seal due to the cost associated with rights to use the seal on our packaging. This cost would then be passed on to the consumer. To keep Vitamin Shoppe quality high and prices low, we opt to use the GMP standard only at this time.
