Lumpy, jammy mess
The supplement Ashwagandha is meant to be effect BUT this liquid product is horrible. It's like jam in a jar that's meant to be sucked up into a dosage syringe. It NEVER goes into the syringe so I have to lick it off the syringe. It's lumpy and completely immeasurable. I called to customer support thinking it was just one bottle but they sent me a replacement and it's exactly the same. This "liquid" should be discontinued. Just buy the pill form.

What is going on?
I have been using this product for quite a few years and suddenly the last couple of bottles are thick consistency and smell off. It's so thick you can't even use the little pipette to suck it up.

Old product
I called the customer service about the issue with this product. I informed them that it was not any good and I wanted a refund. They told me to take it back to the store, which I ordered it online. It was thick and gooey looking instead of a liquid, so I threw it away. They would not refund me my money for it.
