Directions

Says unflavored, but not true.
Seems to help obviously getting more fiber, however there definitely is some sort of flavor although it says unflavored, that I cannot mix it in plain water. Instead I add it to my greens drink. I have also added it into my white sauce when cooking it. I would get it again.

Recommend
I’ve been through one jar of unflavored so far. It is truly unflavored which is nice. I’ve had no problems with it nor with my IBS issues. I recommend giving it a try if your doc recommends getting more fiber in your diet and or adding Metamucil or citracel, etc. I’m taking this instead of the Met/Cit. Give it a try. I have not tried the flavored version. Don’t think k I will.
