  I have been using these in my smoothies by breaking the capsules and blending it...Its important to drink the smoothie immediately, otherwise, it turns into pudding...These capsules are suppose to make you feel full. I do not eat 3 times a day so use these if you want to eat less and feel full.

  I am not a medical professional but I feel that 6/day is excessive. But then 3/day sounds excessive. The goal is a happy balance where you feel good.

  If you tend to over eat, this may be the answer. The konjac root is a natural fiber that expands, so there is less room in your belly. Meaning if your stomach is already full, you should eat less. If overeating is your issue AND you can remember to take it 30 minutes before you eat, this will probably help.

Although I never lost more than a couple of pounds using this product alone. I can tell you, it does help with eliminating some of that "belly pooch" that women tend to get. I expect that is the "fiber" aspect. You will become very regular. Also, please remember to drink lots of water with this product. You need it to ensure this passes through your body. I have read reviews of people becoming ill and having a difficult time with it. I think because they were not drinking enough water. I never had any difficulty.

  This product will assist with a normal healthy diet and exercise. It does help curve the appetite a little so you don't eat as big of a meal. Weight Watchers plus program is a great way to teach a person to eat properly and maintain that proper eating. I used this product to help with my eating, so I didn't eat a big a meal as I use to and has helped with weight loss.

to throw in the exercise. i did try to watch what i ate a bit, but can't say i actually dieted. if you curtailed calories and exercised, i think it would speed up your loss. it also makes you nice and regular; always a benefit.

  30-60 minutes before is definitely better, however, I have found that even if I take it right before a meal, as long as I have a nice full glass of water (at least 12 oz or so) right afterwards, it still definitely helps... just make sure to eat your meal a little more slowly so you don't overstuff yourself!

  If the reason you take this is to lose weight, then you should try to take them a half hour or one hour before you eat to fill you up so you won't eat as much. If you are taking this to increase your fiber, then taking them with meals works the same for me.

  You should take it a half hour before a meal with water for it to expand; giving you a feeling of fullness.

  I found no results from this product so I never bought a 2nd bottle.

  I do not know the answer to that. You may want to ask a doctor or just google that question and see what you can come up with. But my experience is that it fills you up. I break open a capsule or two in my smoothie and use it as a filler. But hurry and drink because it practically turns to gelatin if it sits too long.

  Hi, The product is labelled indicating there is 1.99 G per 3 capsules, that comes out to 666mg per capsule. It may seem like alot but we're talking about fiber here, not mg amounts as related to vitamins or medications. So taking 3 caps before each meal adds 6 grams of fiber daily. Fiber that slows the absorption of carbohydrates and helps you to feel full.
