Great product
Very good fiber for IBS D, its actually help move my gas out. I have tried many fibers and probiotics, but this alone is working well for me. Its is somehow calming and relaxes my gut and mind. I started slow with like has the dose.

  I honestly don't know why you wonder what isn't in it. It's Inulin and it doesn't come from China. I've taken it for years.

  It's a soluble plant fiber. This means that it helps increase the health of your digestive tract and actually helps increase the absorption of the nutrients you take in because it slows down their digestion rate. If you mix this with a whey protein or any other type of protein it will extend the release time so its in your system longer. This is a great thing to do before bed when you wont be eating for awhile. It's also beneficial because it helps aid in the growth of good bacteria in your digestive system which help your digestive tract function optimally.
