Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 16-20 ounces of cold water in a shaker bottle 30-45 minutes before workout. Continue to shake bottle lightly between sips and drink entirely within 25 minutes of mixing.

Same effectiveness, no caffeine
Having no caffeine enables me to continue taking this and opens up other options for additional supplements, and even vitamins that may contain caffeine without having an increasingly high daily total

I've used BCAA for pre-workout drinks and sippers (caffeinated and not), and this product tastes amazing AND the pump along with the focus is outstanding! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great pre-workout for the cost!! Currently buying my wife this...... sooooooo, gotta go.

Let down.... :(
I've been wanting to try this for a long time. Can't remember where I received a half off offer, But I jumped on it. I've taken this three times so far and feel disappointed, WAY too expensive for 20 servings of an average stim free Pre. Obviously everyone's different. But This is the first and last Kaged Supplement I will buy. (even with a discount).
