What is a “complete” protein?

What is Svetol?

Svetol is a natural plant extract derived from unroasted Robusta coffee beans. Svetol has been shown to support blood sugar.

Directions

Mix 1 level scoop (scoop included) with 8 ounces of water for a snack. Mix 2 level scoops with 16 ounces of water for a meal. Delicious mixed with almond or rice milk.

Best Protein Supplement
Been using for years! Very natural so yes it's not sweet or has sugary additives. I add OJ, or milk with banana, or any fruit and it taste amazing! High Protein, low calorie, curbs hunger and great for my digestive system. Also, Great alternative for breakfast or post workout shake!

Disappointed
I was excited about using this product. I didnt mind the taste or texture. The issue I have is within 30 mins of drinking it , my stomach swelled and bloated leaving me feeling terrible. I wasted over $60 . Disappointed !

Helpful Weight-loss Tool!
I've been using this on and off for years, but recently did a hard reset on my diet and exercise routine. Using this protein powder and exercising 4x a week, I've lost 17lbs in 6 weeks without losing any muscle mass! It's a bit gritty, but I don't mind it. My go-to blend is 10 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with 1/2 cup frozen fruit. I usually take it 30 minutes before a workout, and I use it as a meal replacement when I have a ton of errands to run and I don't want to get hungry while running around.

Lost 15 pounds (blend it in a smoothie!)
This is a godsend. I put myself on a strict diet in October-it is now December, and in those two months I lost 15 pounds while using this and excessively exercising.
I suggest using it in a smoothie. I like to blend frozen strawberries, bananas, almond milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, and this powder. It tastes amazing and it is so filling. I feel like I never get tired of it. I hardly have cravings anymore (except for the smoothie itself).

First Time User
This is practically the first time I've tried protein shakes. So, I'm not sure what to expect. As a first-time user, I thought it tasted like cardboard. Especially if you're going to use water. I suggest using unsweetened almond milk like the label suggests. If you want more flavor added, use vanilla unsweetened almond milk instead. It does help curve your cravings though. Would I buy this again? I certainly will if I didn't have other options.

Best Answer:  One a day is good. If you drink 2 per day and have a nutritious meal ( for the 3rd meal), you will likely loose weight. I was able to loose 40 pounds, over 6 or 8 months.
