      Garden of Life FIT powder is the CREAM OF THE CROP
      Garden of Life Fit powder is far & away the best shake mix you can get. It tastes great and is the most nutrient-dense shake in the "real food" category.
      The only drawback is that it's a little bit grainy/gritty when you drink it. Small price to pay for the value it has.

      Best protein powder I've tried
      I have been using this for 2 weeks and I have lost 3 lbs. I do intermittent fasting and stick to a low carb diet as well. This protein powder keeps me fuller longer more than any other I've tried. It is chock full of other vitamins also. I love that it has a higher protein amount than most powders ive tried with minimal calories.

      The taste isn't the best, but not the worst, but tastes really rich and smooth in extra creamy oat milk. I don't usually care if something doesnt taste exceptional, though, as long as it is working I'll continue to purchase.

      Been using for years! Very natural so yes it's not sweet or has sugary additives. I add OJ, or milk with banana, or any fruit and it taste amazing! High Protein, low calorie, curbs hunger and great for my digestive system. Also, Great alternative for breakfast or post workout shake!

      I was excited about using this product. I didnt mind the taste or texture. The issue I have is within 30 mins of drinking it , my stomach swelled and bloated leaving me feeling terrible. I wasted over $60 . Disappointed !

        One a day is good. If you drink 2 per day and have a nutritious meal ( for the 3rd meal), you will likely loose weight. I was able to loose 40 pounds, over 6 or 8 months.

        2 per day; Morning and before bed. Have a light dinner with Fish, Bison, or Lamb. And cut out the Dairy, Sugary or Salty Deserts. In the past 3 months, I've dropped 13% body fat, 16 lbs, no muscle loss, 4 inches from my waistline, plus my vitals have improved.

        I only have one but I don’t know if having two would be too much (given that there is A LOT of vitamins etc) or would be harmful to your health. I would follow up asking a person in the medical or fitness field!:)
