Excellent product
I keep this in the butter compartment of my fridge, and it definitely helps my IBS issues better than the regular (not delayed release) vitamin shoppe probiotic of the same specs, and more than the garden of life 50 billion probiotic!!

Does not work for me
Previously I used ProBioCare 75 billion CFUs, but I read that anything over 30 billion was just hype, which is why I purchased this store brand of 30 billion CFUs this time. I don't know if it is the brand or the CFUs, but there was an immediate change in my digestive system and the way I feel (a negative change). Unfortunately, I purchased two boxes in order to get the discount, so it will be some time before I can go back to what worked for me.

LOVE IT!!
I had been using VS 30 billion probiotic for about a year and liked it. A month ago I had to get the time release because my local store was out of the other ones. Boy is there a difference!! Spend the extra couple bucks and get the refrigerated time release!!

Works Great for Me
I love Vitamin Shoppe for all my needsThis probiotic has helped me immensely. I take a PPI for acid control, as a result a lot of bad bacteria is not controlled by the acid. The good bacteria in VS probiotic helps keep my gut in good shape
