I have been taking this for a year. I started taking a supplement with multiple mushrooms and got mild benefits. I decided to try focusing on one high quality and larger dose mushroom instead. It has made an improvement in my cortisol levels and reduced inflammation from Menopause. I sleep better and no longer wake with joint pain. I have been without them for a week during a vacation and noticed a difference in my mood, sleep and joints. I only take probiotics this and Biosil.

Better than a nightly glass of wine.
