Directions

DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Important: During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a healthcare professional prior to consumption if you are unaware of your current health condition, have any pre-existing medical conditions, or are taking any prescription medication. Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. The product contains the naturally occurring amino acid, Beta-Alanine, which causes a harmless tingling sensation in some individuals. This effect should diminish after a couple hours and should ultimately subside after multiple days of continued use. Best pre-workout I've ever had
Best pre-workout I've ever had. I've tried transparent labs in the past and was disappointed with their peach mango, but they must have re-formulated their flavors because 10/10. Raspberry hibiscus is my favorite!!! Watermelon peach is also 10/10!!

The taste impressed me the most. I chose the Blue Raspberry flavor - absolutely perfect! Until now, I hadn't found a product that doesn't feel heavy on my stomach while I'm training. As for the stimulant-free version, I don't really notice any effects yet, but we'll see how it performs after using it for a bit longer. ??

Very good! If this is your first time using a pre workout just know that your lips WILL TINGLE almost itchy but this is normal and will even feel pins and needles around your body thats normal. I was freaking out lol. It helped me stay energized and i did notice that I pushed myself more than normal and ghe Blue-Raspberry flavor is really good
