Betaine is a naturally occurring amino acid-like compound that supports exercise performance and endurance. 

Directions

DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Important: During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

The product contains the naturally occurring amino acid, Beta-Alanine, which causes a harmless tingling sensation in some individuals. This effect should diminish after a couple hours and should ultimately subside after multiple days of continued use. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person's health. Store in a cool, dry place.

The taste impressed me the most. I chose the Blue Raspberry flavor - absolutely perfect! Until now, I hadn't found a product that doesn't feel heavy on my stomach while I'm training. As for the stimulant-free version, I don't really notice any effects yet, but we'll see how it performs after using it for a bit longer. ??

Very good! If this is your first time using a pre workout just know that your lips WILL TINGLE almost itchy but this is normal and will even feel pins and needles around your body thats normal. I was freaking out lol. It helped me stay energized and i did notice that I pushed myself more than normal and ghe Blue-Raspberry flavor is really good

Flavor is fantastic, tingling from beta alanine doesn't bother me. Love this stuff, I am able to get a great workout. However the 10 oz recommendation for water for me is too low. I always have to add more water.
