Stim-Free Pre-Workout from Transparent Labs is a caffeine-free formula designed to promote enhanced strength, stamina, and pump while delivering clean, lasting focus, drive, and energy. Each scoop contains 17 grams of clinically dosed ingredients—including 8g of l-citrulline malate, 4g of beta-alanine, and 2.5g of betaine anhydrous.

DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Important: During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. The product contains the naturally occurring amino acid, Beta-Alanine, which causes a harmless tingling sensation in some individuals. This effect should diminish after a couple hours and should ultimately subside after multiple days of continued use. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person's health. Store in a cool, dry place.
