      Disappointing results
      I bought a 2 months supply of the Adult 50+ Probiotic. I stopped taking it within a couple weeks because it gave me too much gas! I had never used this product, but switched because the old product was no longer available.

      We love these probiotics. Take this every day and have for years. Helps your gut health from the tip of your tongue to your exit door. We are 62 and if we miss one day we feel the difference!

        According to instructions on the bottle, it is recommended to be kept in cool, dry space that is 73 degrees or lower. I keep in the refrigerator, because I keep my home temperature higher than 73.

      When I first saw this product on a PBS special, I recall hearing that it was not necessary to refrigerate. For a different brand that I used to buy at doctor's office, it was stressed to always to keep that one refrigerated because of the live cultures.

      If in doubt, refrigerate.

        In the past when I have ordered the Ultimate Flora Senior Formula 30 Billion specifically said to store the bottle in the refrigerator, the last order that I received came in individual foil packaged sleeve that stated it did not have to be refrigerator due to the newer type of packaging but it did say in the hot summer, guess if you don't have AC, then it would be best to put in the refrigerator

        It is good to store it in a dark cool spot, but not in the fridge. Most places I buy it, it is on the shelf. I think some stores want to keep all the probiotics together in one place for ease of shopping, because some probiotics do need to be in a fridge.

        I do keep the suppplement in the frig- just in case. I have not seen it stated anywhere that it is necessary to do so.

        I keep mine in the refrigerator. The bottle says to keep below 73 F. It also says best kept in frig.
