Best Answer:  I buy critical care, it is in the refrigerator section at the vitamin warehouse. I do store in the fridge myself, it does say on the side of the bottle, best if stored in fridge.

I started taking ultimate flora extra care almost a month ago. I started with a rash just in the neck area but it would come and go every so often sometimes just once a week and it would just be the neck no where else. Could this be from the ultimate flora? Not sure if I had the issue before or not. I am just thinking of things I may have added to my diet that were new and this was teh only thing.

Best Answer:  I don't feel probiotics will create issues such as rashes. The rash is a probably from your lymphatic system cleaning out through your skin. Probiotics are excellent for regulating the good bacteria. As an aesthetician we use topical probiotic products for healing the skin.

Best Answer:  its funny you should ask that, because originally when i was turned on to this product i was told that i shoild keep it refrigerated(which i still do). but, by my choice. its not necessary. and no it doesn't ship on ice. i am using it for 5 years now.

I can't take pills, will breaking apart the capsule still give me all the benefits?

Best Answer:  I'm not quite sure. This is actually a capsule not a pill per se. it should be easy to digest. I wish I could be more help. From what I understand, the capsule is what helps the probiotics reach your stomach without being destroyed by the stomach acid.

Best Answer:  I take in the am, have found that works best for me. if you are new to taking probiotics this is a great one but you need to give yourself a few months of taking it regularly before you see the benefits.

My son has a problem with stress at school that causes constipation. I had to give miralax to get him started but want to restore his intestine so trying this. I read someone say it works if you have bowel issues or not..will this help stop the constipation without causing diarrhea?

Best Answer:  I found it was very good at keeping me regular. I take it first thing in the morning and within an hour, I am ready for my morning constitution. Give it a week to kick in. You have to build those Flora bacteria that are beneficial back in the gut. In the meanwhile encourage your son to have fruit in the morning or better yet, yogurt with natural cultures. Do not use the Miralax because it will contract the building of Flora.

Selling as as health benefit, why don't the customers see if there are or not any hidden calories etc. I'm on a diabetes monitored diet on a app program. On another site it showed high calorie count, then another site had lower calories. Onward to another, it had none. Can this be certifiably fact checked?

Best Answer:  I take them daily because they are the ones Brenda Watson (PBS "Road to perfect health" etc.) recommends.
It is reasonable to assume there are could only be very few or no calories..
