It is a high quality well absorbed antioxidant sup

I've been taking this for a few weeks now and I'm honestly really impressed on the quality and how I feel overall. I love that it combines resveratrol with black pepper extract which helps with absorption so I feel like I'm actually getting the full benefits instead of wasting the supplement. The capsules are easy to take and don't have a weird after taste and I've noticed a subtle boost in energy and focus. This has definitely become a stable in my life.

Seem OK

I only took one of these a day with dinner (I'm pretty sensitive to supplements), and didn't notice much of anything. I'm not sure a month is enough to really tell if they're working. That said, they were easy to swallow and not too big. No aftertaste that I noticed either.

It's okay

I could feel the inflammation go down on several parts of my body which I desperately need. I couldn't tell the difference if it did anything for my immune system because I still feel the same. It says it helps with aging, I don't see a difference.

Easy to swallow capsules and haven't noticed bad taste. I haven't been able to appreciate any benefits yet, but plan to continue to use for a longer period to gauge benefits.

No noticeable changes

Didn't notice much difference with these in how I felt or functioned. I also didn't notice any ill effects. Maybe I am just a non-responder or less responsive to this. Unsure, but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy them due to the lack of noticeable difference. Ingredients had some extra items that I haven't tried before as well, but no noticeable effect from those either.

Youth in a bottle

I like the idea of ??resveratrol pills, having more youth in a bottle, the capsules are large, but they don't leave any aftertaste, so I recommend them.

Easy to swallow

I have only been taking them for over a week now so not long enough to notice a difference yet. But easy to swallow and no bad after taste. Seems like a great brand so far.

Great supplement

Nice beneficial vegan supplement. Capsules come in a bottle of 60 that are easy to swallow with no after taste. Had no side effects - felt an improvement in my energy level.

Seems ok

I can't say yet if it lowered my numbers but it's worth a chance. I think healthy habits probably do more than a pill but I'm not a doctor so I can't say for certain
