Didn't Work for me
Not as good as other brands. Brought these on a whim since I ran out of my usual ones that I order online. I have been taking Quercetin for about 5 years now due to debilitating allergies. So, I am very familiar with the benefits of using it which is why I use it daily. I have tried all different brands. This is my least favorite. First of all you have to take 2 capsules to get the 500mg. Well I took 3 capsules and I didn't feel any better. .Usually the brand I purchase I only need to take one…

Great for getting zinc into cells
Quercetin acts as an ionophore which means when you take zinc, it gets the zinc inside of your cells where the viruses are so the zinc can disable them. Highly recommended to take along with your zinc when you can eat quercetin rich foods.

Great combo
I read many positive articles about Quercetin and how it helps activate the respiratory benefits of Zinc. This is a great dose range, and also knowing I’m hitting my vitamin C target at the same time, means one less pill to swallow!

Best Answer:  EnteQuercetin is a plant flavonol from the flavonoid group of polyphenols. It is found in many fruits, vegetables, leaves, seeds, and grains; red onions and kale are common foods containing appreciable amounts of quercetin. Quercetin has a bitter flavor and is used as an ingredient in dietary supplements, beverages, and foodsr an answer to this question.

Best Answer:  You need to contact Vitamin Shoppe directly to determine exactly what their source is. Noted it states Citrus Free. It can still come from strawberries, tomatoes, broccoli and other sources. They should have your exact answer. Post the results. Thanks.
