Directions

The best product I been using these now for 2 months and I know it say have to take 5 pills a day my doctor say only take 2 a day it help me out a lot

Calcium Vitamin
Just ok so far, my only view is you have to take 5 a day. It would be nice to condense then into 1 or 2 a day to receive the proper dosage.

Great product and value for the content
Have been using this product for quite some time and it's quickly provides the nutrients needed in an inexpensive fashion. Only inconvenience is travelling when I get the pill form (more expensive)

Is this product safe to take everyday. My daughter and I read that Calcium Magnesium with Vitamin D3 is good for sleep. We started taking 5 before bed. My daughter is 22 yrs old and is having problems sleeping and I am over 60 and have had problems for many years, but I worry that it may not good to take everyday. What do you think?

Best Answer:  I have also read that these vitamin/minerals are good for sleep (especially magnesium and calcium). I take one in the morning and one at night. Also, the combination is said to enhance the effect and absorption of each individual part. I sometimes take 1 mg of melatonin if I am not up late. I read so many conflicting things about it, but the most recent and reliable sources have advised to take a low dose of high-quality melatonin about an hour before you go to bed. But I've had crazy sleep issues for years, so I also take prescription sleep meds. But I hope to get off them and return to a natural schedule soon. Have you explored "sleep hygiene?" There are many articles that offer several steps and factors for you to consider to make going to sleep and achieving quality sleep more possible. If you just search the internet with those words, you'll likely get many results. I adjusted certain things in my bedroom, and I have a nightly ritual that is key for my falling asleep. It becomes something you look forward to since it can enhance your relaxation and make sleep more special instead of just falling into bed exhausted but not really primed for quality sleep.
