#7 Makes a difference
I really like #7. The fact that you feel a difference in seven days. I felt the difference in three to four days. I do take this product with fish oil daily which helps a whole lot with Cross Fit, Kickboxing and running. Thanks so much for recommending this product!!!

This product has help my knee stiffness immensely. I take one pill a day and after a few days I do not notice any knee or joint pain. I like the fact that this product contains 2 herbs that are good for inflammation boswella and turmeric.

I feel great!
I have arthritis, and after about a week my symptoms started to vanish. It's been about 11 days, and I have very little pain and stiffness. I could barely walk at times before. I also have slipped disks, shoulder and neck pain. I have not felt this good in a long time, this product helped me. Be aware that it does contain White Willow bark which contains a chemical called salicin that is similar to aspirin. So if there are reasons that you should not use aspirin, do not use this product.

Effective Alternative to Shellfish Pills
I'm allergic to shell fish and can't take most joint health pills. These Solgar pills are effective in keeping my knees healthy with all of my gym and workout activity.

Sounds like a good product...until I read the ingredients and saw "chicken collagen." The package says vegetable capsules, but unfortunately this product isn't suitable for vegetarians. Can this product be remade, for vegetarians?

Is this product vegan? My understanding is that it contains chicken bones. Also, is this safe for a dog to take?

Best Answer:  It is not vegan. It contains STANDARDIZED CHICKEN COLLAGEN, which you could notice under supplemental facts of any product. I would not give this to a dog--not sure how white willow bark would effect animals.

Does this product contain any shellfish, like regular glucosamine tablets do?

Best Answer:  I don't think this product contains any shellfish to my knowledge. I started taking this product a couple of weeks ago as I was just trying to see if the product would relieve me of my back,neck,knee & hand pain i was experiencing daily & so far within the 6th or 7th day it started helping me out. When i wake up in the morning i dont wake up with the past pain i had so, so far it has helped me. I have a couple of disc damaged in my neck & back & they want to do surgery but i decided to try this product & it has been a God sent product. I would recommend this product.

Best Answer:  I bought two bottles and it didn't work for me as I expected it too. This doesn't mean it won't work for you. I did experience some releif and more flexability but not enough for my satisfaction. Wish I could be more help, good luck.
